John Ball PLA Head of Property to Retire

You cannot believe how much we wish to thank John Ball for his retirement which is not only well deserved but long overdue.

John and the way he ran the PLA property department, in particular the way he treated houseboat owners, was fundamental to OPLAC.  Without him we would quite possibly never have been founded.
